By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • • Use the service only for lawful business purposes

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms:

  • • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • • You are responsible for all taxes and fees
  • • Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayMasters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or non-payment.
